Jemma Watkeys is the Operations Administrator at the Ada Lovelace Institute. In her role, she supports the effective running of the organisation, helping Ada to grow and develop sustainably.

Prior to joining Ada, Jemma was the Operations Manager for Dunstable Foodbank, overseeing more than a hundred volunteers across five locations. She helped to develop key policies and processes, including pioneering a financial inclusion project with Citizens Advice.  Prior to this, Jemma was a primary school teacher, transitioning into operational roles in the third sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.
